How we ship your order

We ship all orders via Japan Post with tracking as standard. Insurance is not included by default.

Packages weighing 2kg or more, or with combined dimensions (length + width + height) over 90cm, are automatically insured — though the shipping cost increases accordingly.
Via Japan Post, shipping rates are generally the same for Oceania, Canada, the Middle East, and Europe.
Some regions can only be served by FedEx or DHL, which comes at a higher cost.

For US Customers

Due to the removal of the de minimis exemption, we can only ship to the United States under DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid, customs prepaid). This means you'll need to pay import duties in addition to shipping.
