Description

Shakyo is the Japanese practice of copying Buddhist sutras by hand – a calm, meditative routine. These Japanese sets let you start right away: the Heart Sutra (Hannya Shingyo) is printed faintly on the paper, so you simply trace over it with the brush pen. No ink to grind and nothing to spill. Sets include tracing sheets and a brush pen (contents differ by set – see the photos). Paper-only packs are for refilling; brush pens are sold separately as well.
