Naruko kokeshi come from the Naruko hot-spring town in Miyagi and are known for the head that turns with a soft squeak, the broad shoulders and the realistic chrysanthemum painted on the body. Choose red or black (sumi) painting and the size. Handmade by the named artisan in Japan: each piece is unique in colour, wood grain and expression, and may differ slightly from the photos.
