Brand new, made in Japan by Tojiro. A flat-edged Japanese vegetable knife for fast, precise push-cutting of vegetables. This is the Japanese domestic version of the Tojiro DP series, sold in Japan under the name Fujitora-saku: the blade is engraved with the kanji 藤寅作 instead of the TOJIRO logo. Same maker (Tojiro, Tsubame-Sanjo), same steel and construction.
