Brand new, made in Japan by Tojiro. A long, narrow slicing knife for carving roasts, ham and large fish fillets in one clean stroke. This is the Japanese domestic version of the Tojiro DP series, sold in Japan under the name Fujitora-saku: the blade is engraved with the kanji 藤寅作 instead of the TOJIRO logo. Same maker (Tojiro, Tsubame-Sanjo), same steel and construction. Please note: we cannot ship knives to the United Kingdom. Prices may vary depending on the manufacturer's stock availability.
